About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling products and services to customers in assigned areas/properties through door-to-door solicitation and by building relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell products and services to customers in assigned areas/properties through door-to-door solicitation and by building relationships.
- Meet established objectives relative to sales goals and increased sales volume and penetration through assigned leads and assigned property portfolio.
- Solicit residential customers through door-to-door solicitation and by building relationships with property management and explain products and services available to same.
- Generate incremental revenue from existing customers by adding new/additional services or upgrades.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent work experience is required.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record within Company required standards is required.
