About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our fast-paced Community Solutions sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling state-of-the-art products and services to builders and property managers of multiple dwelling unit (MDU) communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell our innovative products and services to high-level clientele
- Build and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships
- Negotiate rights of entry, bulk sales agreements, and competitive service agreements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3 years of related sales experience within cable TV, residential property management, or real estate development
- Superb communication, contract negotiation, strategic planning, problem solving, customer satisfaction, active listening skills
