Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales leader to oversee our Outside Sales team. As a Supervisor, Outside Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, enhancing customer experiences, and ensuring team accountability in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, telecom industry knowledge, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to lead, guide, and develop Residential Connectivity Sales Specialists in their role and identify knowledge and training gaps within the team.
A successful candidate will also have experience with consumer education of products and services, as well as knowledge of cable or telecommunications services. Bilingual Spanish is preferred, but not required.
This is a field-based position that requires travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities using a reliable personal vehicle. The base pay for this position is between $57,400.00 and $94,800.00, and the actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
