In addition, they will possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed monthly quotas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects through face-to-face needs analysis and product presentations
- Consult with clients to develop product solutions that meet their unique needs
- Identify target markets, industries, and contacts for product portfolio implementation
- Travel to client locations and company facilities, with valid driver's license required
Required Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in telecommunications sales, with a proven track record of exceeding goals
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
- Technical knowledge of LAN, WAN, high-capacity networks, and fiber-connected networks
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to manage change and shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
