What Our Sr Business Planning Analyst Enjoy Most About the Role
- Simplify and Enhance Customer Experience: Actively support initiatives to improve the customer journey.
- Develop and Deploy Financial Models: Build and implement models to forecast financial results and drive strategic planning.
- Identify Cost Savings Opportunities: Utilize data analysis to uncover and implement cost-saving measures.
- Drive Process Improvements: Implement best practices and automate processes to enhance forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in business planning, financial analysis, or a related field.
- Skills/Abilities & Knowledge:
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative and dynamic team environment
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Ability to quickly identify business problems/opportunities
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
- Knowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel, etc.
- Knowledge of Advanced Accounting theory and procedures
- Knowledge of Operating and Capital Financial Statements
