You lead the strategic vision, definition, management and lifecycle maintenance of internal digital tools. You partner cross-functionally within the organization fostering process optimization and approaching deliveries iteratively. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally, across multiple functional areas.

Required qualifications:
Experience: Five or more years of digital product management, development or related work experience.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Technical skills: Experience with Agile software development teams.
Skills: Expert in analyzing and interpreting data to synthesize recommendations; Planning, prioritization, organizational and English communication skills.
Abilities: Proven ability to work cross-functionally while managing and fostering change; Ability to show business acumen, sense of urgency and initiative to accomplish job duties.

- Promote, track and ensure the ongoing use of digital capabilities.
- Craft a vision for a digital product or short to long-term capabilities and convert them into a concrete strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define and maintain a backlog of detailed requirements.
- Use market research to discover digital product and capability opportunities.
- Guide communication plans to ensure adoption and engagement with digital capabilities.
- Appraise new product ideas and marketing programs to ensure successful product launches.
What you bring to Spectrum Enterprise
Required qualifications:
Experience: Five or more years of digital product management, development or related work experience.
