- Install and repair residential services, including basic to advanced installations, disconnects, downgrades, and upgrades.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and concerns.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, navigating various working conditions and locations.
- Utilize technical skills and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Requirements
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Technical Skills: Problem-solving, computer application use, measuring distances, and working with hand tools.
- Skills: Communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, and responsible/reliable.
- Abilities: Interpret analytics from meters and handheld devices, troubleshooting, reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Physical: Ability to walk over varied terrain, work in all weather conditions, lift up to 90 lbs, and climb ladders to 32 feet.
- Valid Driver's License: Required, with a satisfactory driving record within company standards.
