Key Responsibilities
- Install and repair services for residential customers
- Provide excellent customer service and educate customers on proper use of their Spectrum services and equipment
- Perform basic to advanced technical tasks, including installations, disconnects, downgrades, and upgrades
- Complete reconnects and troubleshoot issues
As a Field Technician, you will be working independently with minimal supervision, using hand tools, and being in a variety of working conditions and locations.
