Job Requirements
To succeed as a Field Technician with Spectrum, you will need:
- Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Technical Skills: Problem-solving, technical aptitude, computer and software application use, accurately measuring distances, working with hand tools
- Skills: Communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsible/reliable
- Abilities: Interpret analytics from soft tools such as meters and handheld devices, troubleshooting, read, write, and speak English language
- Physical: Ability to walk over all types of terrain in all kinds of weather, safely use weight-bearing equipment, lift up to 90 lbs, climb ladders to a height of 32 feet, work in confined spaces and at heights
- Valid Driver's License: Required with satisfactory driving record within company standards
