About the Role
This Outside Sales Manager position is responsible for supervising a geographically assigned sales team that sells to residential customers offering best-in-class services and supporting goals of soliciting new prospective customers.
The successful candidate will have strong technical and computer skills, as well as the ability to work outside for extended periods in any season and/or during inclement weather. They will also have a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record within Company required standards.
This is a leadership role that requires strong project management skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks and initiatives, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The base pay for this position is between $57,400.00 and $94,800.00, and the actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
