Key Responsibilities :
- Provide high-level administrative support to multiple executives, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.
- Manage executives' calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, while anticipating potential conflicts and addressing them proactively.
- Coordinate and arrange complex travel itineraries, both domestic and international, ensuring logistics are handled efficiently and in compliance with government policies.
- Prepare and process travel and expense reports, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
- Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal / external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Coordinate and prioritize meetings, conference calls, and video conferences, ensuring all logistics are in place and all parties are informed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in special projects, research, and ad-hoc requests, providing support where necessary.
- Maintain an organized filing and document management system, ensuring all materials are accessible when needed.
