The Program Control Manager will facilitate and manage the workload of their direct reports to ensure efficient program execution. In addition to managerial duties, the Program Control Manager will also provide support as a Program Control Analyst. This includes preparing and analyzing cost forecasts and budgets for company Program Managers, as well as providing financial reporting to customers. The role requires setting up, administering, and closing out project assignments in the Unanet financial system. The Program Control Manager will assist in revenue review and recognition, support billing systems, and track, analyze, and reconcile labor, travel, and other direct costs (ODC) expenditures. Furthermore, they will assist in the preparation of internal budgets, ensuring that all financial aspects of the programs are managed effectively.
