We are currently hiring a Special Education Teacher to join our team! This full-time, onsite position offers the opportunity to work with K-12 students, providing specialized instruction and support tailored to their individual needs. You'll collaborate with a dynamic and supportive advisory team, dedicated to helping you grow and succeed in this impactful role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Modify and adapt instructional materials to accommodate different learning styles and disabilities.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff to ensure student success.
• Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
• Provide individualized and small-group instruction in both academic and social skills.
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate regularly with parents and school staff.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations.
