The corporate headquarters and main sort facility is located in St. Cloud, MN. We currently employ over 1,800 employees company wide and over the years we have expanded throughout the Midwest.
Job Summary
The Fulfillment Package Handler will distribute materials, supplies, and finished products to designated locations within the fulfillment center.
Hours and Wages
- Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-3:30PM
- 5 hours of OT may be expected each week
- Paid OT at time and a half after 40 hours per week
- $18.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience
Duties and Responsibilities
- Load, unload and move palletized freight by hand and with manual and power pallet jacks
- Un-palletize and sort freight according to product type and/or destination
- Scan barcode labels of packages for tracking and billing purposes
- Stack freight onto pallets in a manner to prevent damage and utilize space efficiently
- Secure palletized freight prior to shipment using shrink wrap machines
- Assist in the process of picking product according to customer requests
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations; report any unsafe acts to management
- Perform light custodial duties to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
- Perform other required duties as assigned

Education and Experience
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1 year of experience in distribution or transportation industry preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively and up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Ability to spend a minimum of 8 hours on your feet
- Ability to bend, lift, twist, carry, and slide freight in the warehouse
- Ability to work with all types of freight which include, but are not limited to hazardous material, perishable food and alcohol, firearms, ammunition, and live animals
