Speech & Love Bilingual Therapy is looking for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in the Central Valley! We partner with local public schools to provide essential speech and language services for children on IEPs. Your Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct standardized and non-standardized assessments to evaluate speech and language needs.
- Provide counseling for clients and their families.
- Develop individualized goals and objectives, tracking progress and addressing challenges.
- Collaborate as part of an IEP team for comprehensive case management.
- Design and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to assessment results.
- Maintain accurate documentation and data collection for progress monitoring.
- Offer cultural and linguistic support to diverse communities.
- Advocate for early intervention through education, training, and community awareness.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling, recordkeeping, and material preparation.
- Uphold professional ethics and standards as outlined by California regulations and ASHA guidelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $67.00 - $77.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
