What you’ll do in this role:

This role works for our photo studio, Knight Vision Studios, and supports the marketing efforts for our Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Optometric care clinics. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for identifying and executing effective marketing strategies and developing marketing campaigns to promote our company’s brand, products, and services.

Primary tasks, duties, and responsibilities below

• Manage Knight Vision Studios client needs and scheduling.
• Greet and onboard Knight Vision Studios clients to the studio space for photography and podcasting sessions.
• Provide photography advice and support to clients of Knight Vision Studios as the in-house expert.
• Support marketing efforts for Knight Vision Northwest, Knight Vision Studios, and Speech for Success.
• Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
• Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels.
• Develop and execute community outreach programs to drive traffic to our clinics.
• Create engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, podcasts, websites, and social media that converts our target groups.
• Create visual marketing materials like brochures, infographics, and pamphlets.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals.
• Maintain websites, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and advertising campaigns.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Skills & Experience:

• Professional photography experience.
• Strong portfolio of illustrations, graphics, or other design work.
• Familiarity with design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, and Wix.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Solid understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing), social media platforms, and market research methods.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, as well as he ability to adapt the style, tone, and voice of our business’ various types of content.
• Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
• Solid understanding of search engine optimization and search engine marketing.
• Strong technology skills and understanding of computer programs.
• Good organization and planning skills.

Education:

• Associate’s degree plus 5 years of experience in marketing, content creation, and copywriting or
• BS/BA in marketing, communications, fine arts, or related field plus 3 years of experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $26.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
