Are you a detail-oriented, organized professional with a passion for supporting a dynamic team? We’re looking for a part time HR Coordinator to help manage various human resources functions and support our growing team! This is a hybrid opportunity 50% remote and 50% in office. If you thrive in an HR role where you can efficiently handle tasks and make a positive impact on team members, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do :
Duties and Resposibilites :
Participate in team meetings to stay aligned on HR goals and contribute to team initiatives.
Coordinate employee benefits, including enrollment and updates to ensure timely coverage.
Support the onboarding process for new employees.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Handle general HR inquiries and provide support to team members as needed.

What You’ll Need :
High School diploma required.
Experience in benefits coordination a plus!
Experience working in the healthcare field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a task-oriented, detail-focused environment.
Proficiency in Google Suite office products (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
Secure and private work area at home that is HIPAA compliant and free from distractions.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
Pay & Schedule :
Starting at $19 per hour.
Hybrid opportunity : 50% remote from home, 50% in our Charlotte|Raleigh office.
Currently a part-time position, approximately 15-20 hours per week with potential to grow to full time.
