What you can expect at Speech Tactics:
We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team and provide comprehensive behavioral services to children and families. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatric patients, possess a thorough understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, and be able to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. The successful candidate will also provide ongoing assessments, monitor progress, and provide guidance to families.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize evidence-based practices to assess and develop behavior plans for children.
- Develop and implement behavior plans tailored to each child's individual needs.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of the behavior plans.
- Provide training and support to families, caregivers, and other professionals.
- Develop and implement positive reinforcement strategies.
- Maintain records of client progress.
- RBT Supervision/Training
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
