Description
SpeechCom, Inc. is looking for CA state licensed Occupational Therapists to serve a Non-public School in Riverside, CA through the 2024 / 2025 school year.
- Part-time : 2-3 days per week, 7 hour billable days (up to 21 hours per week)
- Pay - $55-$65 / hour (depending upon experience)
- Caseload of high school and transition students
- One School Site
- AAC users, assistive technology use
- Must pass LiveScan
- 401(k) available after one year of employment
The Registered Occupational Therapist will provide diagnostic evaluations and treatment to assigned students, and help students reach maximum performance level and to use skills learned to the fullest to function in the community within the limits of their capabilities.

Requirements

Ability to use tools used to make adaptive equipment.
Education and Experience :
Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy required.
Current registration with the American Occupational Therapy Association required.
One year of experience preferred.
Physical Requirements :
Will engage in movements that involve lifting equipment used in patient care, etc.
May be exposed to infectious diseases and human waste products.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. at times.
Salary Description
55.00 to $65.00 per hour
