SpeechCom Inc. is hiring a School Psychologist (CA Pupil Services Credential required) to serve a public school district in Pasadena, CA for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year.
Rate of Pay : $65-$75 per hour W2 (depending on experience)
Hours : Maximum 40 Hour work week; the district is also considering part-time support

The school psychologist must have :
California Pupil Services Credential from CTC.
Must pass Livescan fingerprinting

Requirements :
Completion of a professional program of postbaccalaureate degree, specializing in school psychology
Must hold a current, California issued Pupil Services Credential from CTC (Commission on Teacher Credentialing)
Job Duties Include but are not limited to :
Educational evaluation
Diagnosis of psychological disorders related to academic learning processes
Administration of diagnostic tests related to academic learning processes including tests of academic ability, learning patterns, achievement, motivation, and personality factors.
Interpretation of diagnostic tests related to academic learning processes including tests of academic ability, learning patterns, achievement, motivation, and personality factors.
Consultation with other educators and parents on issues of social development and behavioral and academic difficulties.
Conducting psychoeducational assessments for the purposes of determining individualized education plan (IEP)
