Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and be proficient in various techniques related to auto body work. Duties
- Perform auto body repairs on vehicles, including but not limited to dent removal, frame straightening, and panel replacement.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment for the fabrication and assembly of parts as needed.
- Conduct welding tasks to repair or replace damaged components.
- Execute airless paint spraying and auto painting techniques to restore vehicles to their original finish.
- Inspect repaired vehicles for quality assurance, ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role in automotive repair.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, welding equipment, and other machinery related to auto body work.
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and repair techniques.
- Familiarity with airless paint spraying methods and auto painting processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
