The Junior Construction Manager will assist in managing project activities across pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases to support our Residential Development. This role works closely with the Construction Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with Speeds standards.
Core Expectations :
- Oversees each stage of the construction lifecycle from start to finish.
- Ensures projects are in line with overall strategy and criteria.
- Manages subcontractors and construction workers to guarantee quality work.
- Establishes and follows a budget, schedule, and quality control plan.
- Ensures compliance with all local, state, and national building codes, regulations, and safety precautions.
- Support the Construction Manager in tracking and managing key project milestones to maintain schedules and achieve project goals.
- Collaborate with design teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors to address constructability, methods, and cost during the design development phase.
