Key Responsibilities
- Leverage Technology Expertise: Articulate the technical and operational advantages of our automated solutions to prospective clients in the construction industry.
- Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and execute a results-driven sales strategy to achieve revenue and market penetration goals.
- Customer-Centric Solutions: Partner with clients to identify their unique challenges and deliver tailored technology solutions that optimize workflows and efficiency.
- Demonstrate Innovation: Arrange and conduct product demonstrations to effectively showcase the benefits of our solutions.
- Market Development: Identify and qualify leads among contractors, developers, and equipment rental companies while building a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with our technical and support teams to ensure successful integration of equipment and an exceptional customer experience.
- Network and Promote: Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote products and generate new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B technology sales, ideally within construction, survey, or industrial automation industries.
- Exceptional communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop relationships and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Self-driven, with a passion for innovation and delivering results.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software for managing pipelines and analyzing sales performance.
- Availability to travel to client sites, events, and trade shows as needed. (up to 50% travel)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or a technology field of study.
- Strong understanding of automated or robotic systems, construction technology, or survey/GIS tools is a plus.
