What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher Medical position at Speed of Light X-Ray?
Speed of Light X-Ray provides portable X-RAY and Ultrasound services to the DFW and East Texas areas. We are looking to fill a position for a full-time dispatcher for our EAST TX area for evenings & weekends. This position allows for full time REMOTE work from home.
The Dispatcher is responsible for scheduling patients, placing mobile radiology orders, verifying insurance, and communicating directly with the Technologists in the field. The Dispatcher provides direction in the field to our Technologists so patient exams are completed in a timely manner.
Candidates must have Medical Assistant, or Dispatch experience in the medical field. Perfect position for someone looking for a remote job. Candidate must reside in the East TX area.
