Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to join our team at Renfra Energy India Pvt Ltd. This is a full-time, mid-level position located in Thenkasi, Chennai, and Tirunelveli. The ideal candidate should possess 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience and will be responsible for ensuring that our renewable energy solutions meet the highest quality standards. The position involves significant collaboration with various departments to maintain and improve quality processes.

Qualifications And Skills

• Proficient in Quality Assurance (Mandatory skill) with a thorough understanding of QA methodologies and best practices to uphold product standards.
• Strong expertise in Quality Management (Mandatory skill), including the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems to ensure process efficiency.
• Solid experience with testing procedures to evaluate product features and specifications, ensuring they meet the specified requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail, needed to carefully review processes and deliverables to identify potential improvements.
• Analytical thinking skills to interpret testing results effectively and make informed recommendations for process enhancements.
• Proficiency in process improvement techniques to streamline operations and increase productivity effectively.
• Good communication skills for liaising between cross-functional teams, conveying clear project updates, and resolving quality issues timely.
• Strong documentation skills to maintain comprehensive records of quality assurance activities and findings for audit purposes.
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee quality assurance processes to maintain product standards consistently.
• Conduct rigorous testing of products to ensure compliance with internal and external standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and mitigate quality issues efficiently.
• Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve quality deficiencies.
• Monitor performance by gathering relevant data, producing statistical reports for management.
• Lead quality audit activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and highlighting areas for improvement.
• Facilitate quality improvement initiatives and provide training and mentorship to enhance team skills.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of quality indicators and provide clear communication of strategies to stakeholders.
