Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead for our Solar Power Plant Installation projects, located in Thenkasi and Chennai. This is a full-time position requiring 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience in the renewable energy sector. The role involves leading solar panel installation projects while ensuring quality assurance and integrating renewable energy solutions.

Qualifications And Skills

• Extensive experience in solar panel installation, ensuring efficiency and adherence to project specifications (Mandatory skill).
• Proficient in quality assurance methods to maintain high installation standards and operational excellence (Mandatory skill).
• In-depth knowledge of the renewable energy sector, particularly solar energy systems (Mandatory skill).
• Strong electrical wiring skills with the ability to assess circuit needs and implement solutions effectively.
• Solid project management skills to oversee project timelines, budget protocols, and resource allocation for solar projects.
• Demonstrated team leadership skills, capable of guiding and motivating a team towards successful project outcomes.
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Thorough understanding and enforcement of safety compliance standards to safeguard project personnel and assets.
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Lead the installation of solar power plants from planning through commissioning, ensuring adherence to design and quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate solar solutions seamlessly within project frameworks.
• Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring installations meet the highest industry and company standards.
• Manage project milestones effectively, keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the installation team, promoting skill development and team efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies at all project sites.
• Act as the technical point of contact for stakeholders, addressing technical queries and project concerns.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating and refining installation processes and methodologies.
