Position Overview
We're seeking results-oriented LinkedIn Marketing Advisors to join our team. In this role, you'll connect with local business owners to introduce our proven LinkedIn marketing solutions. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, educating them on the power of LinkedIn for B2B lead generation and guiding them through our service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and reach out to local business owners through LinkedIn
Build authentic connections with potential clients using our relationship-focused approach
Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects' business challenges and objectives
Educate business owners on LinkedIn's ecosystem and lead generation opportunities
Present Speed To Lead's methodology, process, and success metrics
Qualify prospects to ensure mutual fit and set appropriate expectations
Convert meaningful conversations into qualified sales opportunities
Schedule and conduct sales presentations with decision-makers
Achieve monthly revenue targets through a consultative sales approach
Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions in our CRM
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
Strong understanding of LinkedIn's platform and Sales Navigator functionality
Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
Consultative selling approach with focus on relationship building
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet targets
Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or SaaS sales preferred
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Exceptional listening skills and ability to identify client pain points
Professional demeanor and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with equivalent experience
