What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced B Level Automotive Technician Wanted position at SpeeDee Oil Change and Auto Service?
We have more business than we can handle! So, we are seeking an experienced "B" Level Automotive Technician to join our team. As a "B" Level Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles in a fast-paced, full-service automotive shop. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-years of experience working in a professional automotive repair setting. An above average knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment along with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work individually and in a team environment is a must.
Responsibilities :
- Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles including R&R, brake and suspension repairs, alignments, heating and AC diagnostics and repair, and some engine system troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with vehicles using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Complete preventative maintenance service such as : tune-ups, transmission services, coolant flushes and tire installation / repair to name a few.
- Assist Sr. A-Level Technician to gain experience, training and skillset knowledge.
- Communicate with management to explain diagnoses and recommended repairs.
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Work with other members of the team to ensure that repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Compensation : $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
