As a Lower Bay Oil Change Technician, you will be responsible for visual inspecting vehicles for recommended services and performing oil changes in a fast-paced, full-service automotive shop and quick lube. Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes and other routine maintenance services on customer vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform visual inspections of vehicles and recommend additional services, as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of services performed and parts used.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's maintenance needs.
- Ensure all work is performed efficiently and accurately, adhering to manufacturer and industry standards.
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work with other members of the team to ensure that repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
