Your Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and strong Account Executive to join our growing sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact with qualified leads (provided by our SDR team) to closing deals. This is a critical role in our sales process, and you will play a key part in our continued growth and success.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities generated by our SDR team.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our ERP.
  • Uncover and understand client needs and tailor demonstrations to address their specific business challenges.
  • Close deals and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to optimize the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on customer interactions and market trends.
  • Self-generate 10-20% of your own pipeline (outside of what is provided by our SDR team).


What You'll Bring:

  • Proven track record of success in an outbound sales role (preferably in SaaS or automotive based role; GTM and/or start up experience preferred)
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and closing deals.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
  • Innate curiosity to uncover and solve client challenges (consultative). 
  • Results oriented attitude and a hunger for growth. 
  • Experience keeping detailed notes within a CRM (Close CRM, a plus). 
  • General knowledge of SaaS or the automotive industry (interest in high-performance cars, a plus). 
  • Natural interest in start ups and technology. 
  • A network of relationships in the automotive industry, a plus.
