Your Role:
The Onboarding Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring new customers have a seamless and successful transition onto Speedpoint. As the first point of contact for new tenants, you'll guide them through the onboarding process, provide training, and set them up for long-term success with the platform.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for new customers during the onboarding process.
- Conduct virtual/remote training sessions to educate customers on Speedpoint's features and functionality.
- Assist customers in setting up their accounts, configuring settings, and importing data.
- Collaborate with the implementation and support teams to resolve any technical or setup issues.
- Create onboarding documentation and training videos to streamline the onboarding process.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve the onboarding experience continuously.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
What You'll Bring:
- 2 years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or a similar role in a SaaS or technology company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical proficiency and the ability to quickly learn and explain software platforms.
- Experience in the automotive or performance aftermarket industry is a plus but not required.
