Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory sales plan to achieve sales targets, establish new areas, and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through lead generation techniques, including cold calling, networking, and area research.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, including recruiting, training, mentoring, and developing future leaders.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings and address client needs effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with both new and existing customers, ensuring long-term relationships.
  • Provide leadership and effective delegation to ensure team success and efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with the inside sales team for seamless communication and follow-up on leads.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and report progress.
  • Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to stay ahead in the market.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $84,547.00 - $385,095.00 per year
