Videographer (Video Production Manager)
Location: Speedway Motorsports – Hampton, Georgia
Speedway Motorsports, a leader in motorsports-based entertainment, is seeking a passionate and versatile Video Production Manager to join our Creative Services Department. You’ll lead and execute video projects from concept through completion—producing, shooting, editing, and designing motion graphics for digital, broadcast, and in-venue platforms.

This role plays a key part in optimizing creative standards and contributing to cross-functional task forces aimed at improving corporate efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging video content for social, broadcast, YouTube, and in-venue platforms.
- Capture dynamic footage at live events, behind the scenes, and in scripted settings.
- Shoot and edit high-quality B-roll, press conferences, and archival footage.
- Edit content for various formats with speed and accuracy.
- Design motion graphics and video graphics to support brand campaigns.
- Collaborate on scripting for promos, social content, and historical pieces.
- Manage and organize a content archive for easy retrieval and relevance.
- Support event operations and sales initiatives, including recap videos and pitches.
- Collaborate with creative teammates across Speedway Motorsports venues.
- Export and traffic final deliverables across channels.
- Operate and maintain drone footage capture (license required).
- Oversee freelance personnel and shoot logistics when needed.
- Recommend improvements to production processes and tools.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years’ experience in video production, editing, and creative content creation.
- Strong camera skills and a creative visual approach.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop.
- Experience with green screen shooting, color correction, and sound design.
- Strong knowledge of sports and pop culture—motorsports familiarity is a plus.
- Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Positive, can-do attitude and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs and travel to venues including Atlanta, Bristol, and Nashville.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and editing under pressure.
- Must provide a portfolio or demo reel.
- Must complete a sample project as part of the interview process.
