Nashville Superspeedway is seeking enthusiastic, hard-working and outgoing individuals for our upcoming events at Nashville Superspeedway, in Lebanon, Tennessee. Nashville Superspeedway and its parent company, Speedway Motorsports, maintains a consistent focus on four core principles:

Qualifications:
- 18 years of age
- Hospitality or customer service background
- Team player, have a positive attitude, use good judgment and be professional
- Ability to stand for an extended period of time and work outside in various weather conditions
- Must pass a background check
- Flexible work schedule, including weekends
- Applicants must live within a reasonable driving distance from Nashville Superspeedway
2025 Event Dates:
Friday, May 30 – Sunday, June 1
Assist full-time staff with ensuring guest enjoyment during NASCAR weekend activities, including in areas such as the fan zone and various hospitality locations.
Potential assignments could include:
Premium Entry Attendant
- Serve as the first point of contact, providing a warm and professional welcome to guests.
- Assist with directions and event information to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure a positive first impression of Nashville Superspeedway’s premium hospitality services.
Suite Attendant
- Deliver exceptional service within luxury suites by assisting guests and maintaining cleanliness.
- Promptly address guest needs and escalate any issues to supervisors as necessary.
- Ensure a comfortable and high-quality hospitality experience.
Hospitality Check-In
- Manage guest entry by verifying credentials and distributing wristbands or passes.
- Provide essential event information to ensure a seamless and welcoming arrival process.
- Maintain an organized and efficient check-in operation.
Set-Up Crew
- Prepare premium hospitality areas by setting up furniture, signage and supplies.
- Ensure a polished and welcoming environment before events.
- Work efficiently to meet event setup requirements and deadlines.
- Needed for pre-event preparations and post-event breakdown outside of race weekend.
Zone Lead
- Supervise hospitality areas, oversee staff and ensure guest needs are met.
- Serve as the primary contact for troubleshooting and maintaining service standards.
- Coordinate operations to deliver a seamless hospitality experience.
- Needed for pre-event preparations and post-event breakdown outside of race weekend.
Runner
- Support event operations by delivering supplies and restocking inventory.
- Assist staff with various tasks to maintain smooth service throughout the event.
- Ensure all hospitality areas remain well-stocked and operational.
