Food Service Shift Lead

Position Summary
Our Food Service Shift Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shift to include ensuring customer service is friendly. quick and efficient and providing support to fellow team members.
Key Accountabilities
- Fulfill all food service sales associate responsibilities
- Ensure customers are receiving excellent customer service by resolving issues or escalating them to a manager in an efficient manner
- Assists and provides direction to other team members throughout shift
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Previous customer service/food service or related experience preferred
- Ability to operate a cash register/POS system and be responsible for accurate-cash flow.
- Strong interpersonal and team player skills
