Full-Time Pet Waste Technician Wanted – Join Our Growing Team!

Position Details:
- Location: Indianapolis area
- Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday
- Shift Duration: FT 7-8 hours days/week or PT 4-5 hours 3-4 days/week, starting at 8 AM
- Compensation: $15/hour during a 2-week paid training period; $19/hour upon successful completion of training
- Type: Full-time, Part-time, W-2 position
- Uniform & Footwear: Provided / Reimbursed
- Vehicle & Equipment: Provided

What We’re Looking For:
- Age Requirement: Must be 21 or older
- Experience: Ideal candidates have experience with delivery services (Amazon, FedEx), retired professionals, lawn care experience, or customer service
- Skills: Self-starter, trustworthy, reliable, motivated, and able to work independently
- Physical Requirements: Able to walk and carry 10-30 lbs; must be physically fit for outdoor work
- Technology Requirements: Valid driver’s license, smartphone with data/GPS, and ability to pass background and motor vehicle checks
- Weather: Ability to work in all weather conditions except extreme weather
