We are a busy family seeking a reliable and energetic individual to join our household as a housekeeper and potentially a part-time nanny. We live in a large home and require assistance with daily cleaning, organization, and laundry. If you enjoy working with children, there's an opportunity to expand your role to include part-time childcare.
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our home. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Housekeeping:
- Daily cleaning of all living spaces (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc.).
- Extensive laundry (washing, drying, folding, and ironing).
- Dishwashing and kitchen maintenance.
- Making beds daily.
- Maintaining exterior cleanliness (sweeping patios, etc.).
- General tidying and organization.
- Organization of closets, pantries, and other household areas.
- Nanny (Optional, for Full-Time):
- Engaging in age-appropriate activities with children.
- Supervising playtime and ensuring safety.
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding.
- Light childcare-related tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in housekeeping.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Experience with laundry and ironing.
- (Optional) Experience in childcare.
- Willingness to organize.
- Ability to make beds daily.
- Ability to maintain exterior cleanliness.
Compensation:
- Starting at $15 per hour.
- Guaranteed raise based on performance within 30 days.
- Part time or full time available.
Schedule:
- Flexible schedule, with the possibility of part-time or full-time hours.
