Duties
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Utilize various platforms such as Workday, ADP, and Salesforce to manage applicant tracking and maintain accurate records.
- Leverage social media channels for talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate internal recruiting efforts.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and enhance the candidate experience.
- Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with employment labor laws and best practices in recruitment.
- Proficient in using recruiting software such as Workday, Kronos, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes is highly desirable.
- Background in sales or customer service can be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
