Speer Air is actively seeking a full-time HVAC Installer to install heating and air conditioning systems as well as generator-related equipment. Our HVAC Installers typically work a flexible schedule with mandatory Saturdays from April to September. This HVAC technician position comes with a starting competitive wage , depending on experience. Responsibilities :
- Installs HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications.
- Designs, fabricates and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required.
- Receives, verifies, and loads all equipment and materials needed for each job.
- Demonstrates and establishes effective working relationships with co-workers, superiors, etc.
- Properly completes all paperwork required for each job, as needed.
- Performs all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or as necessary. Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and assignments as defined by needs.
- Candidate will be responsible for the delivery and removal of all equipment needed to complete the job.
- Maintains cleanliness of assigned company vehicle.
- Maintains high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Represents Speer Air in a manner that conveys professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, loyalty, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others.
- Willing to work hard and is a dedicated, team player who can ensure fast, flexible, and expert service to every customer via excellent time management skills.
