Position Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Fulfillment and Customer Service Representative! In this role, you'll manage order fulfillment, shipping, and swag kit processing. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you’ll play a key role in our daily operations.

What You’ll Do
Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pack, ship, and manage on-site orders.
Shipping & Receiving: Handle incoming shipments, inspect and process items.
Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional support via phone and email, directing inquiries as needed.
Inventory Management: Conduct and maintain accurate inventory counts.
Data Entry: Perform basic data entry related to order processing.
Special Projects: Assist with special kitting projects and other tasks as assigned.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient with basic PC programs (MS Office, Google Suite).
Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted, pack and move boxes and shipments around the office, stand for extended periods, and follow proper lifting and safety techniques.
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous customer service experience.
Familiarity with USPS/UPS/FedEx shipping procedures.
Experience with data entry and reconciliation.
Knowledge of promotional and print products.
Understanding of eCommerce order management.
Work Environment
Hours: 15-20 hours per week, with potential for additional hours.
Location: On-site at our Tempe office (Hybrid/remote work not available at this time).
Team: Collaborate with both on-site and remote team members.
