About The Role:
As a Helpdesk Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting internal IT operations and assisting employees with basic technical issues. You’ll work closely with the Helpdesk Supervisor and IT team to troubleshoot, escalate, and document user support requests. This internship is a great opportunity to build your foundational IT skills in a professional environment and learn how enterprise support functions operate.

About The Role:

What You Will Do:
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving common software and hardware issues under supervision.
- Provide basic support for Microsoft Windows PCs, printers, and standard business applications.
- Help prepare and set up computers for new users, including imaging and peripheral setup.
- Participate in routine IT tasks such as equipment inventory updates and software installations.
- Support the Helpdesk team in maintaining accurate records of support requests and IT assets.
- Shadow team members during more advanced troubleshooting and infrastructure support tickets/tasks.
- Contribute to IT projects or documentation efforts as assigned.
- May occasionally provide onsite support to other local facilities with prior arrangement and supervision.
- Take directions from Helpdesk supervisor to perform other IT-related duties as needed.
- Currently enrolled for an IT degree program or relevant coursework for IT certifications such as A , Network , and Security .
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service attitude.
- Ability to follow through and manage conflicting user priorities.
- Some Proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Windows / networks and PC systems.
