About the Role:
The Process Improvement Technician collaborates with Lean Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Manufacturing Leadership to implement manufacturing solutions.
What You Will Do:
- Support organizing and standardizing work areas with Lean/Manufacturing Engineers
- Assist with the installation of new equipment & processes
- Assist in the creation of documentation and work instructions
- Provide excellent customer service and response to inquiries
- Work well in a team environment and communicate effectively
- Adhere to safety regulations and procedures
What You Need:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably electronics manufacturing
- Willingness to work together in a collaborative environment to solve problems
- Mechanical aptitude
- Proficiency in Spanish a plus
- Technical/Associates/BS in Manufacturing or related field is preferred.
Our good faith estimate of the wage range for this role is $27 - $30. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and other factors. In addition to base pay, we offer a full benefits package.

Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Work involves frequent lifting of materials and products up to 30 pounds. In addition, the following Personal Protective Equipment is required:

- hardhats
