Assembles chassis, racks, and top assembly units by following drawings, procedures, manufacturing instruction operation sheets, BOM's and ECN's with minimal to no aid of lead or supervisor

Our good faith estimate of the wage range for this role is $18 - $29. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and other factors. In addition to base pay, we offer a full benefits package.

Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots and hardhats. Loose fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted.

Summary
Assembles chassis, racks, and top assembly units by following drawings, procedures, manufacturing instruction operation sheets, BOM's and ECN's with minimal to no aid of lead or supervisor
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily assembly of racks, chassis, and top assemblies
- Aid other assemblers as required
- Fill out any associated paperwork such as configuration control travelers
- Train other assemblers as needed
- Ability to work from Engineering Drawings, BOM's, and work instructions
- Identify component symbols and have excellent soldering skills
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION
- High School Diploma or equivalent; AA degree preferred
- IPC 610 Solder Certification
- J-Standard
EXPERIENCE
5 years' experience in the wiring of chassis, racks, or related electro-mechanical assemblies
SPECIAL SKILLS
- Required to lift approximately 50 lbs.
- Basic knowledge of computers and their use in manufacturing
- Knowledge of basic hand tools, torque tools, and hand crimp tools
- Proficient in English comprehension and expression; including reading and writing
