Position Description
The Department of Sociology and Anthropology at Spelman College is seeking a Sociology Lecturer for a one semester appointment, Spring 2025.
The Department of Sociology and Anthropology invites applicants for a lecturer position. Teaching responsibilities would include four courses: Survey of Research Methods, Multivariate Analysis, and two Sociology electives in the applicant's area of specialization. The Department of Sociology and Anthropology offers two majors: Sociology, and Sociology and Anthropology, and it has tracks/concentrations in Public Health, Pre-Law/Criminology, and Pre-Medicine.
