**Job Title:** Seeking BE/BC Internal Medicine Physician
We are looking for a board-certified or board-eligible internal medicine physician to join our established, multi-provider adult primary care practice in western Connecticut.
Practice Details:
- 100% office-based outpatient primary care for adults (18 )
- Full-time schedule with weekdays only; option to discuss a 4-day work week
- Low call frequency: averages 2 call weekends per year and 1-weeknight every 2 months
- Access to behavioral health services, high-risk nurse care managers, and social workers
- Efficient operations with 2.5 staff members per physician, including nursing support and a personal medical assistant
- EPIC electronic health record system with Dragon dictation, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal
