We have partnered with local healthcare services, including Radiology/Imaging Services, Diabetes Educator, and Path/Lab Services.
Our clinic is conveniently located near the hospital, ensuring easy access to emergency services when needed.
Schedule and Call Coverage
Monday to Friday: 8am - 12pm
Limited call coverage: phone calls only (nursing home and VA home questions, after-hours critical lab call backs)
1:4 rotation with other local providers for call coverage

Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in Family Medicine or equivalent
