Job Summary

Duties
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore to track project progress and manage documentation.
- Read and interpret blueprints and contracts to guide the work of the team effectively.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in construction techniques and safety protocols.
- Implement effective communication strategies among team members to foster collaboration and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including using tools like Prolog for project documentation.
- Monitor equipment usage, including Ohmmeters, ensuring proper maintenance and functionality.
Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is required.
- Strong knowledge of pipeline construction processes is preferred.
- Familiarity with quality control measures and safety regulations in construction environments is essential.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, contracts, and technical documents is necessary for success in this role.
- Experience using construction management software such as ProCore or similar platforms is highly desirable.
- Ability to lead teams effectively while promoting a culture of safety and excellence on-site.
