What are the responsibilities and job description for the Collections Officer position at Spencer County Bank?
We are looking for an individual to fill our Collections Officer position. This person’s primary duties will include:
Assist loan officers with collection of delinquent loans.
Work with bank’s attorneys to manage repossessions and foreclosures.
Manage the security, maintenance, insurance, marketing and sale of repossessed vehicles and foreclosed properties.
Represent bank at Small Claims court, Bankruptcy hearings and Sheriff Sales.
