What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Worker - Drug Free Communities (DFC) (SCPS Students Only) position at Spencer County High School?
JOB GOALS
To create a positive environment that aligns with the vision for Spencer County Schools. Provides opportunities for student leadership development and professional networking with staff & community.
Perform general clerical work, maintain meeting minutes, office duties, create digital content, and other duties as assigned.
Will be an ambassador for Spencer County Public Schools and commit to offering excellent customer service to students, parents, and staff.
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES:

- Telephone techniques and etiquette.

- Ability to read, interpret, apply and explain rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
- Determine appropriate action within clearly defined guidelines.
- Proper methods, materials, supplies, tools and equipment used in daily work.
- Work independently with little direction
- Experience with primary prevention and Drug Free Communities-preferred
