Pay Range : $45-$50 per hour (Negotiable based on experience)
Production Pay : Additional $3 - $5 or more per hour
Exclusive Sign-On Bonus : Up to $10k for Full-Time and $5k for Part-Time
Flexible Scheduling Options : Part-Time & Full-Time Available

Your Responsibilities :
- Provide quality and compassionate dental care to every patient.
- Deliver direct patient care such as scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, applying sealants and fluoride, under the supervision of a dentist.
- Assist in offering Same Day Care opportunities to enhance customer service.
- Educate patients and their families on best oral hygiene practices.
- Assess dental conditions of patients and review medical histories.
- Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations and company standards.
- Guide parents and patients throughout the treatment process.
- Assist with dental and periodontal charting when necessary.
- Take x-rays and ensure accurate documentation in patient charts.
- Create memorable experiences by showing empathy and compassion toward patients and parents alike.
